Alistair “Leon” Kok will visit Grace Church to perform on June 8 preceding the 10:30 service. David Jones will be on the piano and Leon will perform on the viola. They have a recital at Warm Hearth later in the week and will offer pieces from that performance.

Leon is a native of Blacksburg, VA, and is a graduate of Virginia Tech, the Ohio State University, and the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He resides in Portland, Oregon, and performs with the Newport Symphony on the Oregon Coast, the Yakima Symphony in Central Washington, and throughout the Pacific Northwest with the Vancouver String Quartet and Trio Musicorum Medicorum.

The music will begin at 10:10 and will last until the service begins. He will also perform with David and the Choir during the 10:30 service. We are lucky to have him join us. Many thanks to David for arranging this event!
