Project Linus is a volunteer non-profit organization that donates handmade blankets to children in the NRV who are sick, traumatized or abused.  Blankets are given locally to hospitals, shelters, social services, community services, schools and physicians’ offices.  Since starting in June 2000, the NRV chapter has donated over 43,000 blankets.  New blanket makers are welcome.  Monetary donations are used to purchase blanket making supplies.  If you have any questions please contact Penny Sweet.
