To recap items discussed last night:
 
1.  For the 12/5/10 Battle of the Burg Bands, Adam will bring Rock Band instruments and a projector.  David will supply the Wii.  We will bring the TB and a Rock Band game disc for the Wii.  David will solicit the congregation for pot luck dishes.  We have the following teams:
 
Team 1:  Cole (bass), Willa (guitar), Hughston (drums) and Jordan (singer)
Team 2:  Hughston (bass), Dante (guitar), Moriah (drums) and Randolph (singer)
Team 3:  Adam (bass), Bethany (guitar), Cameron (drums)
Team 4:  Sadie, Laura and Tess (to determine amongst themselves who will play what)
 
2.  Laura is going to try to arrange for us to gift wrap in the mall either on 12/11/10 and/or 12/18/10 (both are Saturdays).
 
3.  Elf Shelf:  We will have the Toy Drop on 12/4/10 (Saturday) from 9 - 12 at Canterbury House.  Willa and Jordan will make posters.  Cameron will come up with a flyer for all of us to pass out.  I will call Christine Smith to try to get a spot on her radio show.  ALSO on 12/8 ( Wednesday) after school, we are going to help set up the Elf Shelf at Grove Avenue Methodist Church.  We will meet at Grace and drive over.  Sherri can help drive and the following kids have volunteered:  Willa, Jordan, Randolph, Cole, Adam, Laura, Hughston, Tess and Moriah.
 
4.  Living Nativity Scene:  On 12/21 ( Tuesday).  We have the following cast of characters:  Jordan (Mary), Cole (Joseph), Fake Baby (Jesus), Hughston, Randolph and Laura (Three Wisepeople), Sadie (shepherd) Willa, Adam, Madeline and Cameron (sheep and other animals), Tess (Angel).  I will talk to Bud about whether he has any real animals we can use.  David will talk to Tom Sproule about lighting (plus Sherri has some lights) and to Jack Crosswhite about building a stable.
 
5.  Skiing at Winterplace in January during the week after school.  I will look into this as a quid pro quo for the Living Nativity Scene.
 
6.  At our 11/21/10 meeting, we will clean out the loft and make it our own meeting place!
